A Legacy of Determination

The culture or traditon of guerrilla warriors stretches back for centuries. Some might even consider the biblical David as one of the first historically documented guerrilla fighters because on the surface he appeared to hopelessly outmatched, armed as he was with only a sling against a giant who already slain many who more formidably armed and trained. On this page are a few individuals who "fought the good fight" for the one cause in which they believed more than anything else: freedom.  More images will be added as appropriate ones become available.

The extraordinary Indian Mahatma Mohandes Gandhi dedicated his life to change through nonviolence and many might consider him anything but but a guerrilla warrior. He nevertheless employed the tools of his incredible spiritual disposition played a major role in his country obtaining independence.
